Week in Review: September 13-19

ZINES & PRINTS

Zines and Prints are finally here!

After a long wait, the Temple ov Saturn merch is finally available. Get it now on Bandcamp.

The Saturn Chronicle Zine No. 1 is an augmented reality enhanced zine. At first glance, it appears to be an art zine, but the AR image reader will reveal bonus videos, art, text, and music. The zine also comes with a download for my latest album, Archaic Techniques of Ecstasy.

Death is Coming is a revised second edition of my 2016 poetry collection. This edition includes art and you will also receive a download code for music that went with the original release.

The Tower print is a special edition print on metal. Its really beautiful! A special limited edition of 5.

The Ankh Sanctuary and Mechanical Angel prints are signed and numbered limited editions of 20.

Coming Soon: Death is Coming and The Saturn Chronicle

I’ve been busy preparing for the release of my two latest zines. Instead of my usual public output, I’ve been finalizing the details for these zines. They’ve already been printed and they are ready to go, but last week through now, I was making some last minute changes to the AR elements.

The Saturn Chronicle, at first glance, is an art zine. However, it is enhanced with various augmented reality elements. By using an AR scanner, the pages come alive with videos, more art, poetry, and music. Its been an ambitious project. It will come with a download with a new Temple ov Saturn album. If I have time, I want to make a VR video to accompany it as well.

Death is Coming is a revised second edition of my poetry collection that was originally published in 2016. This time around, its presented as a zine opposed to a book, and I added art to it. I felt like the original version didn’t really do the collection justice. This new and improved edition is much better. I will most likely include a download to the The Whip Angels album that accompanied the original book release. I may include some remixes too..

Both zines have been held up from being released because I am waiting on some art prints to arrive that will also be for sale. I anticipate some people wanting both the zines and some prints, so I’ve waited to list them for sale together so they will only have to pay shipping for one package. I also don’t want to list the prints before inspecting them. As soon as I have them in my possession, all of these items will be available for sale on my Bandcamp.

Going forward, I have some other ideas for zines, so let me know what you think.

Week in Review: February 16-23

An overview of my creative works made in the past week.

Most of this week was dedicated to finishing up the long awaited Flowers of Evil book and album. I already saw some photos of the books, they look great! The tape is on the way.

I released the album digitally to my Bandcamp subscribers ahead of the official release. If you’d like the digital album now, you can subscribe. It will be available to the public soon, though.

This is a teaser for the project… a more proper trailer and announcement about the release to follow.

I will have these prints (and some others) at the next Temple ov Saturn show. From now on I will be taking custom orders instead of stocking prints. If you would like a print of any of my artwork, please contact me through my contact form. Its better this way so you can request whatever size you'd like for whatever artwork or photo you want. Custom orders are also available internationally. 

SexDeathRebirth Gospel Project

I get a lot of requests to collaborate, and I always want to say yes, but over the last few months I've felt a bit off musically and have been choosing to focus more on remixing. Also the lyrical content I'm writing these days is for my next proper album. So I've either said yes to the collaboration then didn't follow through, or I declined. Putting out these vocal tracks are my way of rectifying the situation. If you click on the individual tracks, I include the excerpted lyrics that I am saying in the track.

The tracks, aka SexDeathRebirth Gospel Project can be downloaded for free off my Bandcamp. These are the terms of use:
